  1. Find your ratio (16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for square avatars, 9:16 for Stories, 4:5 for portrait feed).
  2. Read the height next to it - e.g. 1024 at 4:5 is 1280 portrait, 1024 at 32:9 is 288 super-ultrawide.
